Nothing too exclusive underway, but filming for Iron Man 3 has picked up at North Carolina’s New Hanover Regional Medical Center, and reportedly renamed it to fit the L.A. setting of the film. In addition to photos, reports via Twitter and Comic Book indicate that this shoot, and ones upcoming, will involve Tony Stark’s “isolation” in the Shane Black-directed threequel.
