Sunday Briefs: Lincoln in a few words

Because the film is long enough:

chalky, wooden, taxidermy for Tommy Lee Jones, wigs, Daniel Day-Lewis seems good but let’s face it, we don’t really know how President Lincoln acted in reality do we?

It’s long, it’s too long, most movies are becoming unbearably longs these days, whatever happened to the hour-and-half good oldies. And I know i myself can be a little opposite of laconic but more than two hours of conversation and admittedly good cinematography is too much even for the most film aficionado out there.

Argo still seems the favorite candidate for the winning of most statuettes at the Oscars.
