The adaptation also stars Jeremy Irons, Brendan Gleeson and Michael K. Williams. Justin Kurzel, who previously worked with Fassbender and Cotillard on 2015’s “Macbeth,” directs. It’s produced by Fassbender, Gérard Guillemot, Jean-Julien Baronnet, Patrick Crowley, Frank Marshall, Conor McCaughan and Arnon Milchan.
